Our Impact

Since our start, the Ebony Tree family has served over 1,500 people through food demonstrations, workshops and direct produce distribution; while processing over 20 harvests from our two operational units. All this work was made possible through 2,000 hours of combined volunteer service and donations exceeding $10,000 of good and services.

Proof of Concept, Community-Based Distributed Food System

We have successfully deployed a Micro-farm at the GA Cancer Center and, in six weeks (seed-to-harvest) were able to use a portion of the crops (kale, lettuce, mustard greens, and basil) for plant-based cooking demonstrations, promote healthier dietary choices, and generously donate to the Kingdom Full Gospel Church in South Augusta, GA. With this technology, we are capable of generating multiple harvests 365 days per year without being subject to the weather.
